How to use this speech timer

• Pick a preset (1, 2, 3, 5, 7, or 10 minutes) or set a custom minutes/seconds duration.
• Hit Start to begin the countdown. (Space works too)
• Watch the color: blue means keep talking, green means you're in good shape, orange means start wrapping up, and red means stop.
• Running long? The timer keeps counting past zero in red so you can see exactly how far over you've gone.
• Tap the expand icon for a distraction-free fullscreen view. Handy on a laptop facing you while you rehearse.

Why color-coded pacing works better than a plain countdown

A number alone forces you to do the math mid-sentence: "is 90 seconds left a lot or a little?" A color answers that instantly, without breaking your focus on the audience.
